Assist the Business Insights & Solutions team to think strategically through new PBM models, channel disruptors and their sustainability. Lead strategic initiatives that directly influence PBM rebate policies and vendor relationships from a pharma perspective. Contribute to shaping innovative strategies that improve drug affordability and patient accessibility at scale. Gain cross-functional exposure by collaborating closely with cross-functional team including Commercial, Legal, Medical, etc., expanding expertise across multiple facets of pharma. Ensure Sanofi is holistically looking across PBM, Payer, & Employer strategies and how the priorities of these stakeholders' impact not only each other but also the responses by competitors and other entities. Build new disruptive prototype models, simulations in collaboration with Business Insights & Solutions, Value & Access, and other matrix teams.
