Global Client Change Leader is a strategic role within global securities services client organisation to deliver and execute client change program across securities services predominantly custody and funds businesses. Job Background / Context:Citi is driving a period of sustained change in a complex and challenging market environment. This role entails leading one of the major initiatives in securities services business to drive our strategic client change agenda. The role will lead the future state of client change by digitizing the current processes, establishing a disciplined approach and commercializing end to end client change delivery. Client Change Leader will partner with key stake holders in product, operations, technology and client organization to help standardize, digitize, and commercialize client change from the outset to create capacity and help reduce redundant, manual processes.
