Director, Grant Development - Metropolitan Ministries : Job Details

The Director, Grant Development leads the organizations strategic grant-seeking efforts to secure funding that advances Metropolitan Ministries mission and vision. This role is responsible for prospect research, proposal development, and cross-departmental collaboration to grow diversified revenue streams. The Director is both a hands-on grant writer and a leader who coaches staff, cultivates funder relationships, and drives innovation in grant strategy. Essential Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership. Lead the organizations grant development strategy in alignment with mission and funding priorities to meet the grant revenue annual goal.
