Director, Global Resource Allocation - Coca-Cola Refreshments : Job Details

The Director, Global Resource Allocation is responsible for leading capability-building efforts and enabling the sustainable adoption of the Fuelight 360 platform across Coca-Cola Operating Units and Bottlers globally. This role leads deployment activities, ensures alignment across multiple stakeholder groups, and designs solutions tailored to diverse System needs. It also serves as a key partner in external stakeholder engagement, specifically driving Bottler adoption by customizing strategies and enabling alignment across the Coca-Cola System. As the role sits within the Global Resource Allocation Program Delivery team, it is oriented toward program execution, operational excellence, and measurable delivery outcomes, reinforcing strong collaboration with partners including the Capabilities and Change Management team, among others.
