Job Purpose/Summary:
The Director of Regulatory Compliance ensures that Tyson Foods adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This leadership role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory adherence across the organization. The Director will collaborate with various departments, provide expert guidance on regulatory matters, and lead efforts to foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field. Juris Doctorate preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
Communication Skills:Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
Travel: 25%, could grow over time
