Director Global Procurement - Training and Career Development - Regeneron Pharmaceuticals : Job Details

The Director, Global Procurement - Training and Development is responsible for leading the design, execution, and evolution of our Global Procurement capability agenda. This role will work with leaders across Global Procurement to ensure delivery of training programs, development of functional competencies, and early career talent initiatives. The role will be responsible for shaping the learning culture and internal talent pipeline that powers our global procurement function. This includes owning the end-to-end procurement training strategy, partnering with leaders to identify development needs, and overseeing our early talent development program for new graduates and emerging professionals. This role will require 4 days per week onsite at our Corporate HQ Campus in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This is not available as a fully remote / hybrid work.
