Job Summary

Seeking a highly analytical individual for underwriting, analysis, structuring, and origination of infrastructure & energy debt securities and loans. Located in NYC, reporting to a Managing Director.

Primary Responsibilities

• Origination, structuring, analysis, documentation, and monitoring of private debt investments in infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Assist in fundraising and development of junior staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in credit analysis or investment in Infrastructure.
• Experience with banks, advisors, sponsors, and borrowers.
• Project finance background, including originating, underwriting, modeling, and rating.
• Experience in fundraising and portfolio review.
• Teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Financial terminology knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel.
• BA in finance, economics, or accounting preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range: $220,000+
