We invite you to join our Global Human Resources organization as a Director, Global Diversity and Inclusion. This role reports directly to the Chief Diversity Officer and is responsible for executing Lenovo's global D&I vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage global diversity programs, including women leadership development and initiatives to promote an inclusive culture.
  • Serve as the expert on equal opportunity and affirmative action regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying necessary actions.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, and other functions to develop EEO and diversity strategies.
  • Develop strategies to expand diversity, including partnerships with organizations that can refer diverse candidates and learning opportunities for underrepresented groups.
  • Present on D&I topics, conduct training, and stay abreast of trends.
  • Produce data, reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor progress and inform strategy.
  • Lead investigations into sensitive employee relations cases related to D&I issues.
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and work with ER teams to resolve them.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Experience driving change in large, global organizations.
    • Familiarity with equal opportunity and affirmative action regulations.
    • At least 10 years of experience in human resources, with 5 years managing global diversity programs preferred.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Leadership experience in managing employee relations situations.
    • Executive-level interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Strong project management and execution skills.
    • Excellent data analysis, reporting, and strategic use of data.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%).
