Director, Global Cyber Security job at Reyes Holdings. Rosemont, IL.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of cyber defense systems and processes.
- Lead the enforcement of security policies, oversee incident response, and ensure the organization is protected against cyber threats.
- Evaluate, select, and implement cybersecurity technologies that align with enterprise goals.
- Champion automation, AI/ML-based defense mechanisms, and zero-trust architecture.
- Ensure consistent cybersecurity engineering standards and practices across the Reyes Family of Businesses.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, or related field with 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstations), networking, including security operations (implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes), and 6+ years of management experience, or a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13+ years of relevant experience and 7+ years of management experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree.
- Experience supporting a global IT security environment.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL practices and demonstrated experience increasing ITIL capability.
- Security Certifications including: CISSP-ISSMP, CSA, ECIH, CSIH, CEIM, AWS, Azure, CCSP.
