Temple Universitys Institutional Advancement is searching for a Director, Gift and Administration. Position Summary: Temple University Institutional Advancement (IA) is seeking a Director of Gift and Record Administration to oversee a program that serves a department of 150 fundraising and engagement professionals. The successful candidate will be leader who can craft a vision of excellence for the program and then strategically execute that vision through the careful management of time and resources. The ability to support and inspire a team through a time of rapid change is also a key requirement of this position. The position reports directly to the Associate Vice President, Advancement Operations. This is an exciting time to be at Temple University.
