Peloton is looking for a proactive, hard-working and motivated Director to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and oversee all aspects of our Global Supply Chain from a finance perspective. This role will report to the Senior Director, FP&A and be a key resource for the Supply Chain team and broader organization. The ideal candidate is driven and resourceful, highly collaborative, detail oriented, and is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large).YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONServe as key partner to the Supply Chain Leadership team, providing clear and effective decision support, thought leadership, information flow and overall financial guidancePartner with Supply Chain colleagues to analyze current Supply Chain network and drive further optimization and uncover cost saving opportunitiesEngage with stakeholders across the business to understand the potential impact of decisions and resulting risks and opportunities in the context of Peloton's business objectives and strategic initiativesLead and own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning related to Peloton's global Connected Fitness Product COGS inclusive of inventory and supply chain planning, logistics and indirect costsEnhance monthly & quarterly internal and external reporting, including driving insightful analyses to explain trends and identify risks & opportunities across the businessSupport month-end close process in close partnership with the Accounting and Supply Chain teams through detailed reporting, variance analysis and insightsEstablish process improvements and efficiencies in partnership with Supply Chain Leadership teamManage two existing direct reports with potential to further build out team in the futureYOU BRING TO PELOTON10+ years in FP&A / corporate finance / supply chain managementDeep experience with COGS and inventory planning, manufacturing accounting, supply chain managementExcellent communication / collaboration skills required; role involves building strong relationships across the organizationUndergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / supply chain management preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills and proficient in Google Suites (Slides & Sheets)Experience managing and leading a teamMust be a proactive & highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlinesABOUT PELOTON:Peloton provides Members with expert instruction, world-class content and the fitness industry's leading music library to create impactful and entertaining workout experiences for anyone, anywhere and at any stage in their fitness journey.
