Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - Landstar System : Job Details

What work will you perform? The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis functions. This role is responsible for delivering strategic financial insights and driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proven track record in financial leadership. Essential Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting cycles, and long-term financial planning. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate business performance. Partner with functional leaders to understand business drivers, identify risks/opportunities, and influence decision-making.
