Director Finance Transformation - Brink's : Job Details

Strategic Finance Leadership:Support the implementation of transformation initiatives within the respective region, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to manage change and realize value from approved initiatives. Partner with Finance Centers of Excellence and Market leaders to design and implement global processes that build capability, enhance operational effectiveness, and generate scale. Provide thought leadership to VP, Global Tower Lead on organization design and the activation of new ways of working, including governance, capability, and metrics. Align business objectives with the overall Portfolio/ Fin. Ops strategy for incremental long-term value creation. Translate strategy into initiatives that advance the maturity of the function. Support the selection and implementation of new financial technologies and systems while maintaining overall governance within the region to promote the standardization of tools.
