Director – Finance Operations - Dental Care Alliance, LLC : Job Details

(Essential Functions - - ):- Lead strategic financial initiatives and projects for the field.- Provide oversite of financial performance for all active offices- Partner with key operational leaders to drive profitability and accountability of financials- Assist in enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support strategic decisions.- Manage relationships with external departments from real estate, analytics etc.- Mentor and develop finance leaders across the organization. Work Environment:Office-based with occasional travel to regional offices and clinics across 24 states. Hybrid / Remote work arrangements may be available. Physical Demands:Primarily sedentary work with occasional lifting of files or office supplies. Requires extended periods of computer use.
