Director, Finance Operations - Community Health Systems : Job Details

The Director, Regional Financial Operations provides strategic financial oversight and support to hospital Chief Financial Officers (CF - Os) and Chief Executive Officers (CE - Os) within an assigned region. This role assists with financial planning, policy adherence, and operational improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate financial objectives. The Director collaborates closely with Division Vice Presidents and other corporate leaders to achieve targeted financial performance and operational efficiency across facilities. Essential Functions Oversees and completes Division financial reporting, including Run Rate Analysis, Mid-Month Projection, Flash, and responding to special requests from corporate and divisional leaders. Assists with the preparation and review of financial projections, monthly and quarterly reports, and contractual analyses, providing insight and support to CF - Os for variances and other financial discrepancies.
