Director, Finance - Marketing - PayPal Holdings : Job Details

Develop and manage the global marketing budget for PayPal, Venmo, B 2 B, our Crypto business ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, measurement, analytics and business operations teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing spend and performance. Lead financial forecasting and planning processes for all marketing investments. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within marketing operations. Build ad-hoc financial models, business cases, and analysis. Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
