As a Facilities Director, you will provide leadership and direction to ensure group results and will direct a team that provides facilities management services and support. What you'll be doing - Directing the facilities operations for repair & maintenance of all technical systems (electric, HVAC, Plumbing, life Safety, Access Control, Security, - Backup Power, etc.). - Identifying, recommending, and implementing solutions to create and maintain safe, functional, secure, clean, efficient, economical, and orderly facilities - operations. - Directing and/or participating in workplace space design planning. - Directing and ensuring a thorough evaluation of corporate security and safety programs to comply with OSHA standards and city codes. - Planning and directing construction projects and facilities services operations. - Ensuring facilities are compliant with Federal, State and Local codes and regulations relevant to life safety, OSHA, EPA, & Fire safety.
