Director - Export Control Governance and Risk Management (DC) - Robert Bosch Tool Corporation : Job Details

The purpose of this role is to further develop standards and guidelines in U.S. (re-) export controls and sanctions law within the Robert Bosch network worldwide as well as their translation to regional levels. This position serves as an extension of the global Governance team. Job Responsibilities. In your position, you are responsible for global risk management, derive globally applicable governance requirements, and develop common minimum standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring legal developments (including Executive Orders, EAR, OFAC and ITAR) and changes to U.S. (re) export control and sanctions laws and regulations and assessing their impact on the business activities of Bosch Group and its subsidiaries globally. Based on this, you are responsible for the definition of appropriate measures and set related process requirements. You will strongly contribute to the conceptual design and further development of the re-export control law process landscape at Bosch Group ...Risk, Director, Management, Export, Control, Controls, Manufacturing
