The Director of Ethics and Compliance Training and Communications is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of ethics and compliance training programs in the United States. This role sits within the Global Compliance Operations team and reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Head of Ethics and Compliance Training and Communications. The Director will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the U.S. strategy on training and awareness programs that promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and accountability. In addition, the Director will contribute to key enterprise-wide initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders within the Office of Ethics and Compliance, to ensure alignment and consistency with enterprise priorities.
