SummaryIn collaboration with the System Facilities Operations VP and Management, the Director leads, promotes, and participates in developing and implementing Environmental Health and Safety standards across The MetroHealth System. The role includes leading the organizational accreditation readiness program and activities related to the Environment of Care (EOC). Serves as a resource for accreditation and regulatory requirements from agencies such as The Joint Commission (TJC), Ohio EPA, and others. Partners with stakeholders on performance improvement projects and manages assigned personnel.
