We've raised over $22.5M in funding, including a recent Series A led by Bain Capital Ventures About the role: We're looking for a high-caliber Sales Leader to build and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives. This is a foundational role - you'll be responsible for shaping our enterprise sales strategy, hiring world-class talent, and building the operational muscle needed to scale quickly and efficiently. If you've managed enterprise sales teams in a fast-moving environment and are excited to build from zero to one, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do
- Hire, onboard, and coach a team of high-performing Enterprise AEs.
- Drive a culture of excellence around outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and execution.
- Own and optimize our enterprise sales process using proven methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.).
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to drive pipeline velocity and cross-functional alignment.
- Lead from the front - participate in high-value deals and strategic negotiations.
- Analyze performance metrics, forecast accurately, and continuously improve the sales playbook.
- Bring new ideas to the table, leveraging forward-looking sales tools and automation strategies.
What You Bring
- 2+ years managing Enterprise AE teams at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
- 8+ years total experience in SaaS sales, with at least 4 years selling into enterprise organizations.
- A track record of hiring and developing top-tier sales talent.
- Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies and pipeline management.
- Startup DNA - you're scrappy, proactive, and biased toward action.
- Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for building from scratch.
- History of exceeding targets and leading teams to outsized results.

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $162,500 - $200,000. This position is eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $162,500 - $200,000 subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Actively AI's applicable plans. Actively AI offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: health, dental and vision insurance, retirement benefits, and unlimited PTO.
