This strategic role focuses on shaping and communicating compelling value propositions tailored to health plans, including Medicare Advantage and commercial payers. You will lead the development of messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with senior health plan executives and decision-makers. Working cross-functionally with sales, clinical, and product teams, you will translate complex clinical and financial data into clear, persuasive narratives that drive engagement and growth. Accountabilities:

• Develop and refine strategic messaging, positioning, and narratives tailored for various health plan segments such as Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial lines.
• Translate clinical outcomes, cost savings, and quality metrics into language and use cases that resonate with payers.
• Partner with Health Plan Sales to design and maintain sales and marketing collateral including pitch decks, case studies, and executive presentations.
• Oversee the content creation process from ideation through final delivery, ensuring consistency and alignment with clinical, product, and commercial teams.
• Own and continuously evolve the health plan content strategy, emphasizing success stories, ROI, and key differentiators.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, partner meetings, and events to deepen payer insights and promote value propositions.
• Travel approximately 20% to support client engagements and industry events.
