What you need to succeed as a Director, Employee Relations at XPOMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Management, Business or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience7-10 years of human resources and/or employee relations experience in both union and nonunion environments, specifically in advancing practices and policies designed to promote employee engagement and company valuesDemonstrated expertise in proactive labor relations, including union avoidance strategies, campaign planning and execution, and fostering positive employee engagement to mitigate organizing activity.Skilled in developing and implementing communication plans, training programs, and leadership coaching to support a union-free philosophy while maintaining compliance and trustDemonstrated experience in driving effective employee relations interventions, including consultation, issue resolution, and investigationsProven ability to communicate clearly and confidently across all organizational levels, including during time-sensitive or high-pressure situationsAbility and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
