Director Employee Health Services - Federal Street - Highmark : Job Details

Develops, administers, and designs employee health services and programs for the Network that improve the health and safety for all employees. Assures that the services provided are consistent with the Network's mission, vision, values, and state/ Federal requirements. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Leads daytoday operations of the employee health services department for the Network and ensures consistent compliance with regulatory agencies. Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates employee health services for continual improvement using relevant metrics and methods to optimize process efficiency while improving the customer experience. Develops and maintains a high performing team with the skills necessary to deliver high quality services. Develops training and provides consulting to leadership to drive effective and efficient prevention of employee injuries and exposures.
