Job Description :
The Director of Employee Experience is responsible for their respective facilities employee experience, implementing policies and programs to support talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity, inclusion initiatives, HRIS operations, learning and development, and total rewards. This responsibility is completed in conjunction with support from system resources who will support the implementation of strategies at the local level. Participates in the development of the Employee Experience strategic plan at the system level representing the needs and objectives of the local facility.
