Job DetailsLevel Experienced Job Location Corporate Office - Winston-Salem, NC - Winston-Salem, NC Remote Type Hybrid Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Job Shift 1st Shift Job Category eCommerce DescriptionPosition Summary As the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the growth of both our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B ecommerce businesses for Soffe, beloved by customers for its legacy in creating quality apparel for almost 80 years. Within this role, you will lead initiatives to optimize performance marketing, retention strategies, ecommerce site optimization, and digital sales growth across all digital channels during a transformative brand journey, and beyond. This role demands strong collaboration across internal teams and external partners, to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Growth

• Develop and lead annual digital marketing and ecommerce strategies that align with revenue goals and brand direction.
• Oversee all customer acquisition, retention, and site optimization initiatives to maximize digital channel performance.

Performance Marketing

• Direct all paid marketing efforts including paid search, paid social, display, TV, and direct mail.
• Optimize budget allocation, targeting, and creative to achieve high ROI and conversion rates.

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

• Own the customer lifecycle strategy through email, SMS, and loyalty programs.
• Leverage data insights to personalize messaging and maximize customer lifetime value.

Ecommerce Management

• Drive enhancements across DTC and B2B ecommerce sites with a focus on UX, conversion optimization, merchandising, and SEO.
• Identify and execute on growth opportunities across soffe.com and soffewhole-sale.com.

Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration

• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Operations, and Insights teams to ensure a seamless digital-to-physical customer journey.
• Manage digital agency partners and external vendors to ensure effective campaign execution.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-impact digital marketing team.
• Foster a performance-driven culture built on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

QualificationsProfessional Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and digital strategy.
• Proven track record in performance and retention marketing, ecommerce site optimization, and digital growth leadership.
• Experience managing teams, cross-functional projects, and agency/vendor relationships.
• Analytical, insights-driven, and highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

Technical & Platform Experience

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms; Shopify Plus preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing tech stack tools (CRM, ESPs, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Prior experience working across both DTC and B2B ecommerce models is a strong plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
