Collaborate closely with project teams to resolve ADME/ PK challenges, facilitating the discovery and development of high-quality clinical candidates Drive project progression from initial discovery through clinical development, playing a key role in Recursions scientific and strategic initiatives Partner with AI and machine learning experts to develop and leverage state of the art predictive and computational tools to expedite ADME/ PK property optimization efforts Collaborate with project teams to define and execute DMPK strategy, producing comprehensive IND-enabling data packages including translational plans, human dose projections, DDI liability assessments, and input for Phase 1 clinical design Support and mentor junior scientists on project teams and within DMPK The Team Youll Join You will join the DMPK team, a comprehensive end-to-end organization dedicated to influencing every phase of drug discovery and development.
