Reports to: Regional Director of Operations

Salary: $75,000-85,000 per year

As a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of an upscale retirement community. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs

• Three to five years of foodservice operations experience
• Upscale fine dining experience
• Bachelors in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business Management, or Culinary degree preferred
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
• Dynamic and proactive individual to represent our company with forward-thinking strategies and a strong presence
• Proficient computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the Internet
