This is a remote opportunity with candidates residing within 1½ hours of a major airport in one of the preferred locations listed below. Candidate must support East Coast working hours.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical solutions specialist for all digital tools in our portfolio and partner with sales and operations teams to deliver client outcomes.
  • Create technical and digital solutions for customers and communicate their value through presentations, demonstrations, and technical proposals.
  • Act as the primary technology advisor for internal teams and clients, guiding decisions on procurement, inventory, and menu management platforms.
  • Lead client discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and recommend tailored digital solutions.
  • Conduct live system demos and facilitate solutioning discussions with clients and sales teams to drive engagement and understanding.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of digital tools, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee client onboarding and training, promoting seamless platform adoption and long-term success.
  • Continuously research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance digital offerings.
  • Evaluate and recommend third-party P2P platforms for potential integration and licensing opportunities.
  • Enable supplier workflows and ensure data integrity, supporting catalog setup, pricing rules, and application continuity.
  • Generate and analyze reports on spend, usage, contract compliance, and supplier engagement for stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication, updating sales materials and reporting project status to clients and leadership.
What You Bring
  • A proven evangelist with deep expertise in food service, procurement, and inventory systems, driving innovation and adoption across client-facing initiatives.
  • Skilled in bridging strategy and execution, navigating ambiguity, and advancing initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • A strong communicator adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels, fostering trust, and driving solution-oriented outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, eProcurement, or client technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementations.
Preferred Skills & Tools
  • Experience with P2P / eProcurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, BirchStreet).
  • Strong project management and planning capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access or other relational databases.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
  • Familiarity with supply management and client contracts.
  • Excellent time management and customer service orientation.
