As the Director of Digital Solutions, you are thestrategic partner in the creation of complex solutions driving commerce and awareness which ultimately transforms our client's businesses. You seamlessly collaborate with strategy, UX, creative and development, by passionately leading and developing a host of digital marketing solutions. You are a leading voice in the creation of ground-breaking experiences and technical strategy across a wide range of clients, platforms, and experiences.

Role Description:

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to drive innovative digital solutions for our clients

• Comfortable leading strategic discussions with C-suite, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders

• Key collaborator with client leadership and business development in identifying and shaping new business opportunities

• Deep expertise with e-commerce, digital marketing, and integrated experiences

• Passionate for the possibilities of how technology can transform businesses and lives

• Skilled presenter and leader with a spirit that inspires teams and clients alike

• Develop high level solution designs and architectures that address current and anticipated future needs of the customer

• Leads and takes part in platform selection criteria and platform recommendations

• Further shapes architecture governance process and takes a leading role in execution

• Provides guidance to projects and programs during the design, build, test and deploy phase

• Experience developing estimates and work plans for complex projects delivered using agile methodologies

• Desire to maintain technical expertise and hands-on experience with cutting edge technologies

• Excited by a challenge, the unknown, and creativity

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology related field is preferred
