Director, Digital Ecommerce Customer Engagement - Harman International Industries : Job Details

In this position, you will be responsible for the sales growth of Harman Consumer brands across D 2 C eCommerce and indirect eCommerce channels. You will lead eCommerce & digital strategy and ongoing optimization of Harmans Consumer digital sales, with full D 2 C e. Com P&L responsibility. You will lead all digital performance marketing activities and analysis to drive brand awareness, acquire new customers, and build customer loyalty, while engaging customers to drive sales. What You Will Do. Lead and grow D 2 C eCommerce business for the North America region for all D 2 C channels, including JBL.com, Harman. Kardon.com, etc., as well as 3 P marketplace stores i.e., eBay, Walmart, and Amazon.com. Own North America D 2 C eCommerce P&L and responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability.
