This role is responsible for leading business architecture planning and developing roadmaps for digitally enabled experiences that serve independent agents and customers. The role involves identifying business needs, developing solutions, and collaborating with teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer and agent interactions. The position requires partnering with Business and IT teams to create solutions that drive results and simplify business processes.

• Define enterprise digital strategy for specific solutions to enable business strategies through digital interactions.
• Understand customer and agent experiences to generate ideas that address unmet needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end solution development, including research, vision, and requirements.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to align initiatives and ensure coordination across programs.
• Manage and evolve the digital roadmap and playbook based on market and customer feedback.
• Develop business cases, specifications, and project plans for solutions.
• Partner with innovation teams to prioritize proof of concept activities.
• Contribute to agile maturity and continuous improvement practices.
• Work with digital architecture teams to ensure system integration.
• Assist leadership in developing presentations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and training to support solution deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Facilitate change management and communication efforts for organizational readiness.
• Define success metrics for digital solutions impacting KPIs like loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.
• Represent transformation initiatives at the executive level.

BA/BS in relevant field, MBA preferred. 5-8 years in digital, mobile, UX, or ecommerce, with leadership experience. Strong understanding of digital platforms, user experience principles, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
