Director, Data Strategy & Management – GtN Insights - Pfizer : Job Details

Data Strategy & Enablement. Leverage deep domain expertise to define and drive the end-to-end data strategy for data enablement of Gt. N initiatives, aligned with commercial objectives. Partner with performance and secondary analytics teams, as well as external vendors, to define best approaches to drive meaningful insights, leveraging both internal and external data sources to produce analytics-ready datasets, considering all advantages and caveats of different data sources. Partner with Digital teams to guide ingestion and provisioning of data assets. Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant by providing thought leadership to internal stakeholders including Integrated Insights Strategy (IIS), PAI, Data Science (DS), and business colleagues. Design & Prototyping. Collaborate with PAI to iteratively design, develop, test, refine, and validate prototypes of analytics-ready data assets, balancing speed with quality and long-term scalability and sustainability.
