Responsibilities

The Role:

You'll work closely with executive leadership and business areas, steering critical functions including underwriting, claims, and member services with data. Leading multi-million-dollar data infrastructure initiatives, you'll lead a team of dedicated analysts and engineers, ensuring the data platform supports our company's rapid growth.

This marks a dynamic shift for AAA Life, fully supported by your leadership and demanding a bold strategic vision, resilience, and deep technical expertise. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on application development, data architecture, cloud services, data governance, and business process optimization.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, including responsibility for the professional and technical development of direct reports.
• Demonstrated experience in Enterprise and Data Architecture.
• Experience in contract development and vendor management.
