Compensation Overview

The annual salary range is nationwide, based on role scope, location, skills, and experience. Actual salary will be determined accordingly. Employees are also eligible for performance-based incentives.

Salary Range

$96,400.00 - $159,100.00

Role Overview

The Director, Data Center/Critical Facilities Operations oversees critical facilities management, ensuring 100% uptime. This includes facilities, project, and construction management at data centers and VDC rooms, based in Norcross, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage CF teams
• Plan and coordinate construction
• Consult on technology space management
• Meet project deadlines and specifications
• Manage budgets and expenditures
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Implement technological improvements
• Ensure high-quality customer service
• Handle issues and report concerns

Ideal Candidate

• 8+ years in critical facility management, with 5+ at senior level
• Management experience
• Proactive and result-oriented
• Knowledge of CF equipment and blueprints
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office

Must Have

• Bachelor's in engineering or related field, or HVAC license
• 7+ years in power quality industry
