Overview

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end data analytics solutions from a platform perspective to ensure technology scalability to meet business demands. Conduct technical proofs of concept (POCs) on data analytics and AI/ML technologies. Collaborate with data engineering and visualization teams within the Data, Analytics & AI (D&A) team to evolve and manage platform architecture patterns. This role is crucial for enhancing data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions, provide technical leadership, and ensure alignment with the architectural capabilities of the Data & Analytics platform.
• Work closely with enterprise architects and system/data engineers to align program and product strategies with business and technical goals.
• Establish incremental implementation strategies and technical foundations for the architectural runway, emphasizing abstraction and generalization for flexibility.
• Promote the use of common technologies, design practices, and infrastructure; facilitate code and pattern reuse.
• Develop physical architecture patterns supporting large-scale Data & Analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations to size, scale, and optimize existing and new architectures.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range: $125,900 - $249,900, with actual starting salary considering location, skills, experience, and education.
• Performance-based bonus: 25% of annual salary, with an additional 10% payout over 3 years post-performance period.
• Long-term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Data Analytics and Big Data solutions; experienced Solutions Architect in large-scale Data, Analytics & AI solutions.
• 5+ years in Data & Analytics solution architecture, focusing on new technologies and tools.
• 5+ years in MDM and data governance (preferred).
• 10+ years with Azure technologies, extensive knowledge of Data Movement and Processing, Middleware, ETL, API, OLAP, and data tracking best practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
