Director, Data & Analytics - ARCO Construction Company : Job Details

Develop and lead a team of internal and external Architects, Engineers, and Analysts; Work with business leaders to understand their business needs, connect relevant data/analytics opportunities and deliver data products/processes to support those needs. Collaborate with Business & IT teams to establish and communicate a clear Analytics and Data Strategy. Develop and lead important strategic programs such as Job, Subcontractor & Customer analytics, Spend & Procurement Analytics, Financial Analytics. Collaborate with multiple teams to design, develop, test, implement and support solutions in data engineering and analytics. Build business domain data modeling capabilities and create a cloud based Big Data environment that can harness financial, operational and machine data. Maintain technical leadership, direction and oversight to build reliable and scalable data pipelines, data models and data visualizations.
