Director, Data Analyst - Everest Reinsurance Company : Job Details

Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement scalable ETL / reporting solutions that align with Everests long-term strategy. Analyze business data processing problems to implement and improve systems and streamline existing processes, develop, and report on data trends, and perform data analysis. Experience working with stakeholders on projects to develop strategies and solutions, ideally related to data. Experience working with a business team to develop functional requirements and translating those into technical requirements is important. Evaluate data systems, operations, and organizational aspects of various departments, and make recommendations. Analyze large datasets and able to tell a story using statistical techniques and product knowledge to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
