Anderson University's Office of Institutional Research invites applications for a 12-month, full-time, Director of Data Analysis and Reporting. The primary role of the Director of Data Analysis and Reporting is to prepare data for the University's external reporting requirements and internal needs. In this role, the Director's responsibilities may be organized under three categories: external reporting, data management and integrity, and institutional support.
Responsibilities include:
A bachelor's degree in data analytics, educational research, statistics, psychology, business, or a related field is required. A master's degree and previous work experience in institutional research in higher education is preferred. Experience with Workday and a working knowledge in data management tasks such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) is preferred. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and other means of data organization and analysis), excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and an emphasis on accuracy is essential.
