SummaryThis role will ensure GAT's training program follows GAT and customer training policies and requirements. They will be knowledgeable in customer training products, implement and communicate training and development plans, and ensure training documentation and compliance meets the expectations of the customer. This role also assists in implementing an effective Learning Management System to meet the various training needs of GAT. The Director, Customer Training Delivery, will also monitor risks and communicate training compliance concerns for all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for rolling out learning plans to meet learning priorities and deliver curricula at consistently high standards. The Director, Customer Training Delivery, is responsible for the Training Team and ensuring customer corporate training relationships are developed and maintained with the overall goal of effectively preparing our workforce to operate the customer product.

• Act as subject matter expert on customer training products and training paths
• Support local station trainers to ensure local knowledge, delivery and documentation of required training programs
• Liaise with customer corporate training departments on training program changes and expectations
• Communicate compliance concerns quickly and develop action plans to address
• Regularly review customer training documentation to ensure documentation criteria is met
• Participate in organizational and customer meetings with knowledge of customer training status
• Support facilitation of GAT and Leadership Development training for the organization
• Lead GAT Training Managers and support their carrier training oversight
• Must have the ability to work independently to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple assignments occurring simultaneously.
• Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to proactively identify training needs to support field locations.
• Must effectively articulate and communicate how GAT Core Values supports the training process.
• Must possess a sense of urgency and a passion for the continuous improvement of training delivery.
