We are seeking a Director of the Crisis Stabilization Unit in Lima, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead the CSU in Allen County in managing a multi-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.

• Master's degree along with LISW/LISW-S, LPCC/LPCC-S licensure, or RN.
• Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number.
• Acceptable driving record.

• Candidates with management experience.
• Experience in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience.
