Location & Role

This role is based in Louisville, Kentucky, and follows a hybrid model with at least three days in the office.

Position Objective

The Director of Corporate Human Resources oversees HR functions across AAF International - Americas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, legal compliance, and strategic alignment with business goals, collaborating with senior leadership to foster positive employee experiences and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures for all personnel.
  • Lead HR department activities in collaboration with senior leaders, setting goals and systems.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and diversity initiatives; review job descriptions; analyze compensation; oversee performance evaluations.
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Manage Affirmative Action Program and compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and VETS-100 filings.
  • Oversee candidate evaluation, orientation, career development, and exit processes.
  • Maintain HR records and reports; evaluate department performance and recommend improvements.
  • Handle relocation, expatriate, and immigration projects.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities

    This position supervises 4-6 HR professionals, including office-based and remote staff, responsible for hiring, training, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
