This is an exciting expatriate opportunity to lead the management and execution of Sales and Business Development team contracts and supply agreements for large-scale and commercial biologics manufacturing. This role offers a unique leadership chance within the world's largest biologics CDMO/CMO, expanding to 720 KL capacity, with capabilities in monoclonal antibodies, mRNA vaccines, and ADC manufacturing. Your responsibilities include:

Leading negotiations and closing of contracts with major global BioPharma companies for biologics manufacturing capabilities.

Negotiating and aligning Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Product Supply Agreements (PSAs) with clients, reviewing work scopes, and managing redlines.

Driving internal approval processes for contract execution.

Supporting cross-functional teams by explaining contract terms.

Identifying deviations from contractual obligations and executing amendments.

Innovating contract management processes, including developing standard MSAs and PSAs, defining negotiation tactics, and analyzing current trends.

Ensuring timely contract closure while coordinating with IR and Communications teams for disclosures.

Desired Skills & Experiences:

BS in Legal, Law, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Strategic Partnership/Business Development or Contract/Licensing within biologics manufacturing CDMO/CMO or global BioPharma companies.

Strong understanding of supply chain flows and cGMP operations for mammalian cell culture biologics.

Experience with biologics manufacturing, including monoclonal antibodies, ADCs, fusion proteins, or bispecific antibodies, preferably within a CMO/CDMO.

Detail-oriented with proactive communication and negotiation skills.
