TelevisaUnivision is seeking a Director of Streaming Content Analytics to lead and evolve the strategic direction of our streaming platform, ViX. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines data fluency, business acumen, and content intuition to shape content that resonates with Spanish-speaking audiences globally.

As Director, you will translate complex audience behavior into strategic content decisions, balancing ViX's Originals, library, third-party, and cross-platform video offerings. You will collaborate closely with Programming, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership at the intersection of data, creativity, and business.

This role goes beyond analytics—it's about helping shape the content strategy playbook for a major streaming service in a competitive global landscape.

Your Day-to-Day (Responsibilities):

  • Lead ViX's end-to-end content analytics to help craft strategic direction, balancing Originals, acquisitions, and library content for both AVOD and SVOD models.
  • Define and refine KPIs that measure content success and translate performance into executive-level recommendations.
  • Drive strategic initiatives from concept to launch, such as audience segmentation, portfolio optimization, or platform-specific content planning.
  • Serve as the cross-functional lead across Programming, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of content with broader platform goals.
  • Transform behavioral and performance data into narratives that influence content investment and positioning.
  • Provide thought leadership around market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving viewer expectations.
  • Mentor and guide content analysts and managers, elevating team thinking and execution.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in streaming, content strategy, media analytics, or business strategy.
  • Strong command of SQL (7+ years of hands-on experience), data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau), and digital content KPIs.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of simplifying complexity and influencing cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience with Latin American and U.S. Hispanic markets is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage large strategic initiatives and lead through influence.
