**POSITION SUMMARY**

Responsible for the development and executionof consumer, trade, and promotional marketing programs for MAC Cosmetics within Travel Retail Worldwide. These programs should align with the strategies set by the SVP/GM and Head of Marketing to enhance brand equity, increase market share, meet brand objectives, and achieve financial targets for the MAC brand. This position partners closely with Travel Retail regional teams based in Singapore, London, and Miami, as well as the Travel Retail cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Creative Operations, Finance, Integrated Marketing, Education) and Global Brand teams (International, Consumer Engagement, Online, Omni-channel, PR/Comms, Creative, Product Marketing, and Education).

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Lead consumer engagement (digital, social and O2O) efforts for MAC Cosmetics, including media campaigns, mobile engagement, social content, influencer activation, and in-store retail technology.

* Establish brand presence by focusing on key areas to drive awareness and consumer engagement: in-store experience, digital/social experience, PR activations, and third-party partnerships/collaborations.

* Lead 360 Go-to-Market planning to support new product launches, re-support programs, and Travel Retail Campaigns ensuring synergy across functions and clear visibility to Regions. Elevate specific TR requests to Global brand during the briefing process to ensure needs are captured.

* Develop segmented consumer marketing approach to increase online retail sales penetration based on varying degrees of capabilities and sophistication across regions and retail partners. Prioritize launch of Hainan mini program and acceleration of replenishment site to capture incremental retail and CRM capabilities.

* Expand and elevate virtual selling execution in the channel. Support livestreaming momentum in TR APAC region. Identify key partners for pilot in TR EMA and Americas regions.

* Drive the activation of key shopping moments in partnership with TR regions, Global Brand, and key affiliates to capitalize on high-traffic shopping period and/travel periods.

* Lead bi-annual trade marketing planning process for key retail partners in alignment with TR Regions and cross-functional teams to drive online and offline channels.

* Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Omni, VM, TR Regions) to bring table stakes retail technology initiatives to market to elevate the consumer experience and support customer service in the channel.

* Drive brand awareness and relevance in the TR channel via Influencer/KOL amplification, third-party partnerships, MAC Artist collaborations, and travel community outreach in partnership with TR Regions and PR/Comms team across TR and Global Brand.

* Elevate social presence of MAC in the channel via reestablishment of store level Instagram pages, curation of Artist Challenges, and cascading of Creators Briefs. Support the continued skill set development by coordinating regional attendance at annual summit and continued review of digital skill certification.

* Leverage Consumer/Shopper insights to ideate innovative consumer engagement initiatives to help MAC stand out in the Travel Retail landscape while remaining true to brand equity.

* Manage and coach Marketing Associate ensuring development and success.

* Lead by example to create an environment that is collaborative, respectful, and encouraging of division and brand-led ID&E initiatives.

**Qualifications**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**

Minimum Education level: Bachelors Degree

Minimum Years of Experience: 8+ year of experience

* 8(+) years of relatable experience.

* Strong 360 campaign execution experience and project management skills.

* Ability and maturity to manage a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Stays abreast of emerging trends in the digital/social landscape.

* Proactively seek solutions with keen sense of follow-through.

* Strong analytical skills and ability to balance between analytical and creative thinking.

* Ability to build, foster and nurture strong relationships with the cross-functional and regional teams.
