As the Director- Compliance, this position, within the First Line of Defense (1LOD), will provide strategic thought leadership to the Finance organization on matters relating to regulatory change management and new product / service governance. This role will be instrumental in supporting Finance leaders in the identification, assessment, and implementation of regulatory changes impacting the organization. This role is critical to ensure Finance senior leaders have the right visibility into how the organization remains compliant with evolving laws, rules, and standards across jurisdictions. The ideal candidate has strong subject matter expertise across key financial regulations applicable to Finance organizations.
