Director, Compliance and Lease Management - Ross : Job Details

The Director, Building Systems/ Compliance and Lease Management is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, compliance, and operational integrity of all critical building systems in a predominantly owner-occupied property. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, managing vendor relationships, and supporting capital and expense planning for essential infrastructure, including boilers, fire alarms, fire sprinklers, standpipes, and fire water tanks. The position also includes limited lease administration responsibilities for ground-floor retail tenants. The base salary/pay range for this role is $115,200 - $216,600. The base salary/pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location.
