Director, Clinical Strategy Field Adoption - DaVita : Job Details

Develop and execute on a clinical initiative field adoption roadmap aligned with the village clinical strategy. Collaborate with the clinical strategy teams, the training and education team, the learning and development team, the clinical services team, the field operations teams, the marketing, and ATC lane to ensure high impact initiatives, deployment and ongoing field adoption. Develop and maintain field manager and leadership management processes to support ongoing adoption of clinical strategy and assess and address impact on capacity for new clinical initiatives. Provide leadership and direction to the team. Responsible for performance development, performance management, retention, team assignments, and teammate relations. Work directly with your managers to create a sustained culture which drives patient safety, compliance, and outcomes. Travel up to 25%.
