Key Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to monitor and optimize product utilization.
- Identify and reduce variation in product use to support cost-effective, high-quality care.
- Develop strategies to reduce supply expenses, especially in high-cost departments.
- Analyze trends, identify variances, and create action plans to control costs.
- Facilitate value analysis meetings and evaluate products for quality, cost, and compliance.
- Build relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, and supply chain teams.
- Conduct rounds and observe procedures for improvement opportunities.
- Communicate changes and educate stakeholders.
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage projects ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide training.
- Support disaster response and continuous improvement culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical healthcare experience.
- Experience in acute care setting preferred.
- Experience with direct patient care highly preferred.
