The Director of Clinical Logistics is responsible for overseeing and managing patient flow and throughput throughout the healthcare network, ensuring that patients receive timely and appropriate care while optimizing the use of resources across the network. This leadership role combines clinical expertise, operational oversight, and strategic planning to ensure the efficient movement of patients across various departments, from admission through discharge, all while maintaining high standards of care and maximizing throughput. The role also includes responsibility for coordinating telehealth initiatives, including e. Sitter services, telehealth consults, and the Cardiac Monitoring Unit (CMU), to enhance patient care and improve operational efficiency. Oversight is inclusive of medical and behavioral patients.
